"Further Education has always been concerned with 'lifelong learning' and the government wants everyone to use computers. Older people need to learn how to use them but not necessarily wish to sit exams. Other non-exam courses such as languages and art/photography, etc keep minds and bodies active and for the government to remove funding is short sighted and a form of discrimination against people wish to learn fr learning's sake."
